Five Pound Fudge
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 stick margarine
18oz chocolate chips
7oz marshmallow cream
2 cups chopped walnuts
1/4 tablespoon pure peppermint oil
Bring sugar, milk, and butter to boil and boil for exactly nine minutes. Remove from heat and add the rest of
the ingredients. Stir until well blended and then pour into a greased pan. Fudge sets up fast and will be ready
to cut in minutes.
